What is the Godparent Plan

It is an initiative that offers well-being and happiness to a group of our beneficiaries. With your contribution, you help support the work we do with children who are in vulnerable conditions through educational, recreational, sports, and play activities that reinforce values to help develop their life projects.

What your contribution aims for

To better meet the needs of our children, we are working on several action lines:

· Nutrition, non-formal education, health, and recreation

· Psychological and therapeutic assistance

Objectives of the Godparent Plan

Foster awareness in children and their families that there are people who care about their social reality, generating a sense of solidarity, community belonging, and social projection.

Improve the quality of life of the children and families participating in the Foundation’s programs and create a relationship with their godparent who provides resources for their integral development, showing the impact of this program on their lives.

Connect individuals and companies with the Godparent Plan project, showing the benefits of our programs and how they contribute to the integral formation of children.

Provide a monthly food basket to ensure the nutrition of sponsored children.

 

Benefits for godparents

  • Quarterly report on the personal, family, and social development of the sponsored child.

  • A representative from Fundación Colsalud will assist you directly with any questions or suggestions.

  • At the end of the year, a donation certificate for the total amount of your contribution will be issued.

  • Virtual certificate recognizing you as part of Fundación Colsalud’s godparent family.

  • Invitations to events or activities with the children

  • Birthday and Christmas greetings from your godchild.

  • Most importantly, the satisfaction of having contributed to the development of a group of children, enabling the transformation of their lives.

Coverage of the Godparent Plan

Our Godparent Plan covers the department of Risaralda.

Information the child receives

  • Name of the godparent and city of residence

  • Letters and/or gifts

Sponsorship options

You can contribute through four options:

  • Monthly ($50,000 COP)

  • Quarterly ($150,000 COP)

  • Semiannual ($300,000 COP)

  • Annual ($600,000 COP)

You may also sponsor with a monthly amount according to your means.

3. Send your payment receipt

Afterward, you will receive information about the child you will be sponsoring via email.
